When should I book my room?

We encourage you to book your room as soon as possible to get the best rate. Booking is available now until 65 days before our wedding on May 1st, 2026. It is required to book your room through this website via the "Book Now" tab. It will give you the best available price and will help us track our guest list. Pricing is dynamic but your cost will be locked in as soon as you book. Please reach out to Jake or Emma if you have any additional questions regarding booking your room.

What dates should I book my room for?

Whatever works best for your schedule and budget! The wedding is on Friday May 1st and there will likely be a welcome party the evening of April 30th for anyone who can attend. There is a three-night minimum requirement.

Is the price better the more people in the room?

We recommend evaluating prices for all scenarios through the room booking tool to see what works best for you.

What is included at this all-inclusive resort?

With your room, you will have unlimited food and drinks at all the included restaurants, buffets, bars, and pools. Also included will be a selection of activities and shows throughout the day. There may be additional costs for special activities, excursions, and shows if you choose.

Are children invited?

No. While we love children, we've decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration.

Do I need to book my flight separately?

Yes. When you book your room, we encourage you to also book your flights to and from Punta Cana International Airport.

Do I need a passport?

Yes, a passport is required to travel to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. Your passport must be valid for at least six months after your intended departure date from the Dominican Republic.

Should we book a "transfer" when we book our room?

The resort is a 30-minute drive through Punta Cana from the airport. Booking a transfer is necessary to get from the airport to the resort and back. We strongly recommend booking this when you book your room through Destify. Destify will contact you via the email you provided in your RSVP starting at 65 days prior to your arrival to get your flight information and arrange your transportation.

Do you have a room block?

We do not have a room block reserved so no space is being held at the resort. We recommend booking your stay as soon as possible to guarantee your room at the resort. Room reservations can be held for a non-refundable deposit of $150 per person. Final payments are due 65 days prior to your arrival date.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Details will be shared when formal Invitations are sent out later this year.

Do we need cash/Dominican pesos? Do we need to tip?

Since the resort is all-inclusive, you won't need much cash. Tipping isn't expected, but if you feel so inclined, a few US Dollars are very appreciated by the staff. No need to exchange for Dominican pesos if you don't plan on leaving the resort.
